Started 8-12-23 at Crawford notch at 3:53 am, going nobo first, turned around at Appalachia and headed back, my wife sarita intercepted me at Jefferson and we ran a few miles over Washington together making this a supported effort.
I hauled all my water and calories, filled up water from the streams on valley way.
Was a fun day, all went well besides a strained back that would give me grief on the climbs.
