Not the best time to do this because we just had a storm that dumped a lot of rain and blew trees and limbs all over the trails, but the trails were mostly dry due to residual wind.
Started at Appie Crossing, ran the yellow blaze Arcadia Trail to the ranger station, tagged Smokey the Bear, and came back the same way.
Thoughts:
1. Arlo Guthrie songs go on for miles.
2. Arlo Guthrie songs are really just the world’s first podcasts - endless rambling with a point, maybe.
3. I cut one toenail too short.
4. I should do a warmup first next time. That first trail hurt.
