I think I may have run the presi fkt yesterday, October 16th: www.strava.com/activities/1232404253 . However, I did not go over Mt. Clay, which is not in the description of a true presi traverse, but was "summited" (it's a nub) by runners in previous efforts, so I leave it up to you as to whether my route was official. I hit every 4000 footer. I was joined most of the way by Tyler Deangelis, and it was windy but very warm for a day in mid October.
Admin note: Malcolm stayed on the Gulfside Trail, rather than running over Clay. Since both he & Ben Thompson reported their results via Strava, it's relatively easy to compare their times. Ben took about 17m34s on the Mt Clay section, while Malcolm ran the corresponding section of the Gulfside Trail in about 14m13s. The difference (3m21s) is slightly larger than the 2m43s difference between their final times. So, it seems that Thompson should still be credited with the FKT. We hope that future runners will continue the tradition of including Mt Clay, which will avoid all ambiguity.
