Three middle aged, mid-pack, weekend warriors, set out to circumnavigate the Upper San Leandro watershed.  The 24+ mile loop started in Moraga at the Valle Vista staging area, went clock-wise, through the EMBUD preserve, then to Castro Valley.  We refueled and chilled at Redwood Golf Course, then cruised back towards the Bort Staging area, Canyon (in Redwood Regional Park), then back down to Moraga.  It's an awesome route, inspired by Edward Mitoma. Thanks Ed.  We set a low bar, so we'll enjoy this FKT while it lasts.
