- 1 banana
-  2 mandarinas
- 2 sandwich 🥪 de jyQ
- 2 barras energeticas de 20gr de CHO.

ENglish:

A few weeks ago we saw this route with my trail partner Maty, we wanted to do several long routes in the area, taking advantage of our new home in BCN, and we found this long route to prepare our future ultra trail, Maty with Pilancones and I with Trans Gran Canaria in February.

We started with Maty at 8:30 from the Mataró train station, just like the previous guys did. The first kilometres with a very fine drizzle and a medium hard ascent to the Castillo e Buriac in Cabrera de Mar, it became heavy perhaps because there were many kilometres to go until the finish line or perhaps because the coffee with milk for breakfast that I had had was still stuck. Half an hour ago, anyway, about 40 minutes later we found ourselves surrounding the Turoc castle. Surprisingly, the track we had had not been uploaded. In fact, it was something we said, why not?
The descent towards the town of Cabrils and Villasar de Dalt was a relief for the legs, we ran against runs and still with a lot of energy we let go. Perhaps if I were to do this route again I would choose the variant of continuing through the mountains passing through the Dolmen de Can Boquet and not having to cover so many kilometers of asphalt in towns.

The second half from San Mateo onwards, was very runnable and could have been done faster than we imagined, almost without realizing it we found ourselves seeing Badalona, this part was a lot of fun, with tremendous paths to run.

We found a single source at exactly km 30, we don't know if it will have water in the summer but now there was something and we took the opportunity to recharge something although with the litre and a half, we could have arrived without a problem, a very cool day.

Definitely, the last 10k are the most demanding, it seems close once in Colserolla but the continuous ascent exhausts the legs and having 40km up is something else. But when we saw the Tibidabo it was a unique joy to know that we had almost nothing left.

Anyway, TREMENDOUS route of the GR-92.

For the tour, we did it in self-supported mode using
- 3 soft of 2 isotonic + 1 water
- 1 banana
- 2 tangerines
- 2 sandwich 🥪 from JyQ
- 2 energy bars of 20g of CHO.
