I knew this one would be tough to snag, and it was. I really could not let up the entire way to the top of Elbert. When an FKT stands for 6+ years, you know its a tough one. As a kid who grew in BV, Elbert was always on the bucket list for an FKT attempt, and after 3 attempts we got it done. Tip of the cap to those who blazed the trail before me, and to those who will drop the time in the future. Get it!
