Description

The Wabash Heritage Trail is a 13.25-mile trail that runs along the Wabash River, which divides the cities of West Lafayette and Lafayette in Indiana. It is mostly single-track dirt, with some paved sections. The southern part of the trail starts at Fort Ouiatenon and heads north until it ends at the Tippecanoe Battlefield and Museum.

Thanks for making this an official route on FKT, Henry! I love this trail! I will be making an unsupported attempt this Friday. Excited to tackle the whole trail! 

Excited to make my attempt tomorrow morning. I plan to start at 9:00am. One important detail I forgot to mention above... I plan to start at the Northern Trailhead (at the Battlefield) and head south. I believe that is the reverse of what you did, Henry. 

That's great Aaron! And you are correct. I started at the fort and headed north to the Battlefield.

Question on the Battlefield side...did you go up the stairs to the parking lot or turn around at the shelter?
