A full lap around the county of Sussex in the UK, run in a clockwise loop that starts and finishes on the border between East and West Sussex at The Stanley Arms in Fishersgate.
The Sussex Lap is a combination of two existing paths:
* the inland Sussex Border Path, which follows the county border with Hampshire, Surrey and Kent
* the county section of the King Charles III England Coast Path, highlights of which includes Seven Sisters Country Park, Brighton & Hove seafront and Chichester harbour.
