Had an epic day in the Pecos Wilderness starting and finishing from the trailhead just north of Santa Barbara Campground.  I had several thoughts about potential ways but in the end, mine seemed like the most logical to me.  Can't help but be curious how the previous team approached the loop!

This is all new to me.  Only after submission did I find the previous trip report.  We took a very similar route, but in opposite directions.  
 

The photo looks south at North Truchas and some of the other summits from near Trampas Peak at sunset.
