Start of my run: 4:18 am at Padinger Alm (Bad Reichenhall).
I carried all food by myself (energy bars gels, cookies) and filled up my water in creeks. I took a longer break in Ruhpolding, where i bought one Coke, so it was not completely unsupported.
Equipment: Salomon Active Skin 8, Scarpa Spin Ultra, Leki Micro Trail Poles
