FKT: Lofton Rowley - North/South Trail (TN, KY) - 2021-10-24

I left my truck parked at the North Welcome Station and my buddy Gerrick Sullivan shuttled me to the South Welcome Station. I started at 0718 on Saturday 10-23-21 at the South Welcome Station in Land Between the Lakes. I hiked through the night and finished at 10:10:30 on Sunday 10-24-21 at the North Welcome Station.  I was not supported in any way and carried everything except for the water that I filtered from various natural sources along the trail.

On my Spot GPS data you will see where I forgot to turn it off after completing the hike.  I turned it off several miles down the road when I realized it was still on.
