FKT: Derion Jess - The Derbyshire Portway - 2023-08-20

A great route I found, containing around 6700ft of elevation and 4000ft of descent. Pretty warm conditions, I resupplied at Ken's supermarket in wirksworth around 22 miles and a small shop in Ashford in the water around mile 36 which was enough to get to the end. Walked across 5 cow fields, that was the only real obstacle on route and plenty of shins full of nettle stings.
