Started early with a headlamp. Carried all my food, first aid kit, layer, and headlamp. Started with 1L water and filled up once at a tarn on the col between 2nd and 3rd peak. Due to recent rainfall conditions lower down were muddy and slick in the alpine, didn't make for super fast travel. Would recommend an early start on this one as the main trail up to Mt. Seymour was getting fairly busy as I started my descent just after 7am. A day pass to access the area is no longer needed. Ran alone with no pacers or support the entire time.
