Started at 7:45am after getting a lift to Bewdley and headed for Malvern. The entire effort was run/walked on my own, but I met someone halfway to top up water supplies as it was very warm and there were no clean sources of water available, until someone asked if I'd like to refill from their tap that was on route. I carried all snacks with me for the run and two refillable 500ml bottles. Very quiet for most of the route, coming across only a handful of walkers. The two main stops in moving during the attempt were to eat a sandwich/rearrange fluids and then while waiting at a meeting point for water to be dropped off.
