Starting at the Balloch Tourist Information and finishing at the Inveruglas Visitor Centre
A crisp, clear and cool morning with cerulean skies made for a great day running on the trails.
A local long distance route that I have wanted to cover in one running for a while - Great views along the route especially along Loch Long towards the Arrochar Alps. Red Flags out at the Military training area with a volley of gun salutes at the top of Glen Fruin and on the American Road made for an interesting section of the run.
Lessons on what to eat / drink and when - could have done with a bit more for the last section.
