Awesome day on the Three Passes, west to east direction. This was my 4th time running the route. The weather was perfect and the river levels were low. It really is a fantastic journey across the Southern Alps. The previous unofficial FKT for the West-East direction was Ben Mangan in 9:37 set in February 2021 in which I trailed him by 5 minutes. Really happy to finish in 9:20, lowering the FKT by 17 minutes.
