Hwy 18 was completely closed the morning of the 23rd so I had to start this segment at the Cushing Park Rd trail head outside Delafield. The weather was really cool and the grass was soaked with dew which made for ideal conditions. Lapham Peak is one of my favorite spots to train outside Milwaukee so naturally I had a great time. 10 out of 10, I would try this segment again.
