On June 19th, 2020, I ran (and walked) from the Cold Springs Trailhead to the summit of Mt. Adams and back. The ascent took me 1:59:11, just nudging under Sean's previous FKT as well as the 2 hour mark which I was even more stoked about. Round trip took me 2:44:14, besting my previous RT record set last year.
Conditions were relatively good overall and absolutely perfect weather! Solid snow started right about the Round-the-mountain trail. It was a bit slushy up to the top of Crescent Glacier. From the top of Crescent to about halfway up the false summit, snow conditions were absolutely perfect and I was think hyped! About half way up false summit though it started getting quite a bit softer, I think from snow a couple days previous that hadn't quite consolidated yet. Legs, body and mind were in the zone. Tons of people up on the mountain.
