Started at the historic Plassenburg in Kulmbach and followed a scenic route to the Festspielhaus in Bayreuth, with plenty of trail sections along the way. Three soft flasks and four gels were all I needed for the run — and after reaching Bayreuth, I simply hopped on the train back to Kulmbach.
