Report
I ran the Kissing Bridge trail from Guelph to Millbank totalling 45.3km. I started at the G2G trailhead off of Silvercreek parkway and finished in Millbank at the Kissing Bridge trailway end near John street. The weather was nice but slightly warm (19 degrees) at the start around 6:30am and got quite hot towards the end (25 feels like 30 degrees). I had one friend on a bike beside me with water and gels.
