More than a bit surprised to find an FKT route starting a few hundred metres from my house which was too good an opportunity to pass up. Green Trail (Richmond) is well worth running (the descent after the Ballet School is a particular highlight). Thanks to those that created the route and have run it since. I also had no idea that there was a trail immediately to your left as you exit Roehampton Gate (but there is!). Well worth following the GPX route closely as it takes in a lot of small trails that cross with others. Perfect running conditions out today
