Starting at the Bat & Ball Inn, Breamore and finishing at Lepe Beach, this was a vey wet route with plenty of boggy bits underfoot. It made the FKT quite difficult but still just about achievable. I think knocking half an hour off this time is possible in dry weather and on firm ground.
I carried 4x500ml soft flasks and ate gels and flapjack bars. Finished at a nice cafe at Lepe Beach to enjoy a well deserved coffee!
