Sunny warm morning, good clear conditions, damp grass from overnight.
The run went well, even the cows behaved for me this time. The route starts in Newport, goes over St.Georges Down into the village of Arreton, Knighton and onto Brading Down. The trail then drops down into Nunwell farm and through three large fields full of the cows that belong to the farm. At the other end Brading high street, Brading Marshes and the national trust owned Bembridge windmill. The trail drops down for the final time into the harbour of Bembridge.
I ran alone, with my running vest full of water and snacks. Overall the trail was easy enough and I did not resupply along the way.
Issues uploading pictures so only have the one I can upload.
