Fairy easy trail, uphill to start with just outside Carisbrooke Castle, passing through fields and narrow bridleways that are currently very overgrown with long grass and nettles. The trail crosses several roads at Chillerton, Billingham and Chale but navigation is fairly easy going. The ending of the path is on the eastern side of Shepherds Chine by the cliff edge. The weather was misty, bit drizzly and a stiff breeze but overall good conditions for a run.
