FKT: Bart Van den Langenbergh - Spa Extratrail Red Route (Belgium) - 2021-12-12

Started alone unsupported at 11:29 at the Tourism Office in Spa where the trail officially starts in the normal counterclockwise direction. And arriving 1 hour 39 minutes later on the same spot. Ran everything on my own and only passed a few hikers and 3 guys, probably doing the same route. A lot of mud made it very tough, but happy to be able to speed up in the second part and grab the record. Only took 2 gels and just stopped once without pausing the activity for sanitary reasons. Took various photo's along the way of myself & the surroundings with my phone, which had location services on. Watch used: Garmin Fenix 6 Pro.
