I brought two 250ml soft flasks with electrolytes, gels and honeystinger waffles which fueled me for the entirety of the run. I went solo the entire way, with the exception of the two climbers I passed along the route. It was clear blue skies and 95 degrees farenheit and was going great until coming back down from the false summit where my hamstring started cramping really bad. I stopped to shake it out and carried on. Once back at Ingalls creek, I stopped and filtered 250ml of water to get me back over Longs Pass, and then cruised the rest of the way.
