A bit of a mixed bag here - rolled my ankle twice during the second half (dammit), but still got the record by a good margin (Cody Lind ran 2:31:04 last month; My previous best was 2:38:14 on a snowy October day in 2016). Definitely still a lot of time on the table here, given how slowly I descended. I could see it going into the low 2:1x range!
Today was a fun experience, but, honestly, I prefer to run this route at a more leisurely pace and soak in the views. Hopefully I can squeeze in one more lap this fall!
