FKT Friday with Jason Pageau in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. What an amazing day.
Weather: Cloudy/foggy changed to sunny and blue skied, 40 degrees
Trail conditions: Packed 1-4 inches of snow, but unstable on surface because of warmer temps. It was actually the hardest to run on the flat sections. Uphill was a little more challenging. but downhill was fun!!!
Ran with VJ shoes, Kahtoola exospikes and gaiters. 1/2 liter of electrolytes and a block of cheese. Puffy coat as an emergency layer.
Tons of fun, only ones on trail.
Run for good, run for God.
