Interesting run along the coast of Alexanderia, Egypt. The route was full of people and you can see the Mediterranean Sea throughout the whole run.
My fiance and her family created multiple aid stations for me where they provided me with water, apples and beans. There are also an unlimited number of street vendors that sell all kinds of foods and beverages. I did purchase a small bottle of water at around Kilometer 16.
