Jeff Smock and I ran the Teton Crest to Granite Canyon loop, but we revised it a bit. There are a few spots on the gpx loop that is up on the FKT site now that don't match up with the Valley Trail. The Valley Trail is much easier to follow the way we ran the loop. The spots in question are around Taggart Lake, Bradley Lake, and Jenny Lake. They do add some miles but the turns could be extremely easy to miss. Therefore since it is only a few miles in total and no one has submitted a time yet. We propose the update/revision Teton Crest Granite Canyon loop. Which I have been calling off-hand "The Pilgrimage". I have worked for Exum Mountain Guides for 25 years and have been climbing and skiing all over the Tetons for 30 years. I have run the Crest Trail a few times but wanted a loop from car to car that surrounded Tetons, and that's how Jeff and I came across the "proposed loop" on the FKT site. We trained all summer for it. We started at Lupine Meadows and missed one turn in dark right off the bat which you can see on the .fit track and strava link. We finished at Lupine Meadows at 15:59:49. It was a beautiful fall run. Leaves were changing the weather was perfect and hardly anyone was out there. It certainly isn't a fast time by today's standards but we are proud to hopefully be the first ones to turn in a time and I have no doubt someone around Jackson Hole will smash it next season. Let me know what questions you may have, I have never turned in an FKT before.
