The GPX file is in 2 parts as my Garmin ran out of charge and a back up charger also had used up its charges.

These are some disputes:

1) Took a wrong turn at Colley Hill and unable to retrace steps.

2) Mile 60 - managed to retrace steps

3) Mile 62 - Took a wrong turn but manged to retrace steps.

4) Mile 75 - Could not find the path through the field

5) Mile 77 -  Managed to retrace steps

7) Mile 90 - Took a wrong turn but managed to retrace the route

8) Mile 116 - Could not locate the NDW route

9) Mile 125 - could not locate the NDW route

This is the North Downs Way self-supported anti-clockwise route from Farnham to Dover (via Folkestone) and then to finish at Boughton Lees (via Canterbury) to create the NDW loop. The route starts at the NDW signpost in Farnham, the route diverts to the Northern or Southern route. There is a NDW signpost depicting this which states Farnham 98 miles (the anti-clockwise route I took once I had passed Canterbury), Dover via Folkestone 25 miles (the anti-clockwise route I took) and via Canterbury 30 miles. Once you arrive at Dover the look out for the NDW plaque on the ground at Marine Parade and then head towards Canterbury on the NDW trail. The majority of the Pilgrims Way is predominantly trail -  through woodlands, grasslands, farmland with some road sections as you pass through villages, towns and cities. The weather was favourable with hot temperatures during the day (20-25 °C) but cold at night as there are exposed areas like the cliffs of Dover. The nights were mainly spent trying not to get no more than fours sleep whilst sleeping anywhere convenient - on the trail in my kit (without a sleeping bag) or even in Wye train station. The course is well marked although follow the North Downs way markers rather than Bridleways and public footpaths. During the day there are numerous places to take on refreshments but at night it's more tricky to get some food and water. Good places to stop for food and water are Greene Deane car park, Knockholt Pound village store (detour), Mickey's Diner at Bluebell Hill, Dunn Street campsite (water only), Folkestone (detour to Subway - good place to charge Garmin and mobile), Dover (Greggs), Shepherdswell (Co-op), Canterbury (but the shops and pubs were closed by the time I got there) and the farm at Kings Wood for some water.
