I tried to beat my last time as a mixed gender but unsupported and surprisingly succeeded!
I have fear for heights, so the part before Schöttelkarspitze is always very slow since I am soooo careful. Afterwards it gets easy and after a long technical downhills the reward is a long gravel road ascent with an even longer downhill, both very runnable.
