Before doing this route I did a two mile warm up with my team and then headed to Chinese Peak! Once I started I tried my best to keep a consistent pace that would not tire me out so quickly. First mile was tough trying to set myself at a consistent pace, second mile was a lot easier due to not being as steep, and then the last mile was super hard due to the increase in steepness and how exhausted I was. Overall very happy with how I did😊
