I started from the trail from the Western side in Allansford at 6:15am. I ran the whole route carrying all my gear including sleep system (hammock, rain tarp, under-quilt, sleeping bag) in a 20L daypack. I stopped and slept in; Port Campbell, Lavers Hill, Apollo Bay and Lorne. A total of 4 nights, and finished at 1:29pm on the fifth day.

Had a decent pace for most flat sections, but overall fairly slow moving each day due to the long stretches of steep hills. Nutrition was good, only food I carried while running was lollies, salts and water, and resupplying water in each passing town. Upon arriving in town each day I would resupply my lollies, grab a bread roll for breakfast the next morning, and go grab a late lunch/dinner.

Someone unexpectedly joined me for the last day, 48km stretch from Lorne to Torquay and was the only company I had running for the whole 5 days.
