Set out on my biggest distance run yet to date with no major expectations besides finishing, pleasant weather and trail was in pretty good condition. Tagged both lakes (side trips) as with previous records. Wasn’t until the 40 mile creek exit I realized I could just snag a fast time if I hustled, so all out blast for the last 15km was brutal. Fish creek trail head (Lake Louise) to cascade lodge (Norquay Banff)
