Attempted this FKT last weekend, but had not realised that I had to get to the trig after the first climb, so decided to give it another go. Legs not feeling fresh and I felt much slower, but managed to run over 2mins faster!
Absolutely soaked as it started to rain on Pen y Fan and no visibility. Had so much fun running down the Roman Road! Finished by running another loop the other way to complete training for the day.
