This is a beautiful scenic wooded trail. It is mostly crushed gravel with one small section of road. At the end, it follows Big Lake Butte Des Morts. My run was perfect even though a tad foggy. It was 62 degrees, a perfect fall day. I carried all my gear including water and gels in my pack and had everything I needed to successfully run unsupported.
