Started from Anderson Hill just after 6am on September 25 and reached the Cape Scott Lighthouse just after 8pm on the 29th. Lots of ups and downs, quite literally, but the body held up well over overall. Some ankle/achilles issues, but nothing serious. I was supported for just over half of the days, carrying gear to the Alberni Inlet Trail and across the trail, as well as two days in the Beauforts, two days in Strathcona, and two days on the North Coast Trail. Rain in some parts was frustrating and a lot of route finding! Overall an amazing experience and I plan to do it again... Shootout to Frontrunners Victoria for the support and I did the trail as a fundraiser for Jacob's Well community in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.
Note: Watch died at the end of day 6 which cut the file short. It looks like the watch died around 8:50pm and I ended the inreach recording at 9:41pm. I've attached a screenshot for reference.
