I departed around 9am from Camping du lac de Matemale, with all my food (one bread, on pack of nuts, and 4 waffel) in my Salomon running bag. I had 2 water flask, i did one refill at the lake des Bouillousses from a public water source, another at the lake of Mig directly from the lake water, and a final one at Odeillo de réal from a public water source.
I had an unexpected issue with my garmin watch, as the track i downloaded disaperead passing Esposolla (as it was the beginning and ending point of the dowloaded track). Thankfully, the way was signaled by red and yellow markings that i was able to follow until the end.
This was overall a pleasant and varied track and it is to my knowledge the fastest time of the tour du capcir
