I ran the reverse loop of the trail.
Night start at 5am with 2 liter of water. Right from the start it's very steep and technical. Lots of rocks up to kilometer 18. It's more of a hike than a run. There are passages with chains so as not to plunge straight into the gorges. I rarely run. It's not my favourite route. Then when I get closer to the lake, it becomes a trail again. I run 😁. The last 11 kilometres are quiet, almost boring.
A great route for rock lovers.
Summary: 2L of water. 7 gels/compotes, 100g of honey.
I didn't need to refill with water. 2 liter was enough.
