This is a submission of the MSG out and back in the supported format. Previously ran this as a one way in the unsupported format in 2020 and knew I wanted to come back and give it a go as an out and back.
Starting at the North end makes for a tough climb back up overall Lovewell, Lucia's Lookout, and then Sunapee. Run that direction quite bit, but on much fresher legs. Suffered quite a bit in the back half and the overall time represents that. Was a beautiful late summer day and happy to have friends along to pace and hang out with me. Spring would likely be the best time to give an unsupported effort a go when the water is running due to snow melt.
