Route consisted of beaches, muddy fields, cliffs and headland, quarries, hills and 100s of steps. Until the last 14 miles. Then it's paved and flat.
The wind was brisk from the east, meaning I had a headwind most of the way.
My stomach gave up twice, I blew up 3 times, was forced to lie down once, gained one knee niggle, but got there. It was tough going!
