Self-supported run of the Worcestershire Way, from Bewdley to Malvern. I had left a cache of 1ltr liquid at Abberley and Knightwick.
Wet start to the day, and a bit muddy and overgrown in parts. Weather was fine though, with no wind.
Navigation was fine having done some recces, although it's a technical course so had to double check a few times.
Was hoping to go sub4hr30 but the hills caught up with me at the end! Will come back and have another go in the future.
