As far as I am aware, and in my 10 years in the Cayman Islands, no other person has run Little Cayman around the entire islands. It was a HOT day, went through two gallons of water and every bit was gone by the end. Took a flight over in the morning from Grand Cayman, went back later in the afternoon after completion. My goal is to run all 3 islands (Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, Cayman Brac) in one day (24 hours) at some point in the near future.
