I ran the bald mountain and the Artist bluff loop on October 5.
Like the route description says this is a very popular route
especially during near peak foliage. I ran into lots of people on
the route, mostly on the Artist bluff part of the trail. I have hiked
up that portion of the loop previously, but never the whole thing.
The terrain surprised me with some big step ups. Overall fun
route completed in 22:26
