I, David Bean, climbed Pico Duarte today (May 4th, 2013) and did it in 7:36:35, Daniel Gutierrez did it in 8:26. Weather was cloudy and cool until the last hour or so and the trail was terrible like always.
I definitely plan on getting back there and taking it under 7, but I am also sure that people could take it down a lot farther than that.
