Cracking speedy trail run near the Norfolk Broads.
Must admit that it was fun following a route that had zero deviations - that's right - just follow the railway track. It was quiet, hot and fast.
Top tip - just near the finish at Wroxham is some of the most sensational wild river swimming in UK - just jump right in.
