Started off this run with Kristina
We began at Stanmore on a pretty hot and busy day
Got to Waterloo before Kristina pulled out with an reoccurring injury
As the finish was home I kept going.
I had planned enough provisions to last unsupported but by the end of the Greenwich part I bought a bottle of water.
Suits an early start and ideally a quiet midweek version or maybe Sunday
