North to south on the South Bucks Way. Running solo. Humid day, but relatively dry trails given the rain over the last few days. Followed GPX throughout, confirmed by good signage along the route. Slight mistake about 2miles in leading to a short detour off route, but traced back to join route where I left it. Otherwise a very easy route to follow. The gradient is mostly all entirely downhill, so makes for a great run to let loose on. I had x2 500ml soft flasks for hydration and some date based energy balls for food. Nothing additional taken on or used throughout the route.
There is definitely some improvement that can be made on this time I think. Pushing more in the earlier miles, to increase pace over the hillier section, would improve it a lot. Good luck to anyone else who gives it a go!
