A gorgeous course with a mixture for climbing technical trails and a smooth bridal path. I started at the parking lot and ran up Hook Mountain following the green path going about 7 miles before heading down the white path to the shore path. Looped the shore path rolling on a smoother bridal path until reaching back to the parking lot.
Spectacular views of the city and New York Mountains.
